Daedong Mobility (CEO Won Yu-hyun), Daedong Group’s AI field robotics subsidiary, announced on December 8 that it has been awarded the “USD 70 Million Export Tower” at the 62nd Trade Day ceremony.

The award recognizes export performance over a one-year period, from the previous year’s second half through the current year’s first half. During the latest cycle, from July 2024 to June 2025, Daedong Mobility recorded USD 95.5 million in exports. This continues a clear upward trajectory following USD 75.5 million and USD 82.8 million in the two preceding periods. With an average growth rate of 12 percent over the past three years, the company achieved the highest award level available for exporters below USD 100 million.

Daedong Mobility has been honored with the “USD 70 Million Export Tower” at the 62nd Trade Day ceremony. The company plans to use this milestone to strengthen its position in major markets such as North America and Europe while accelerating expansion into emerging regions as it moves toward USD 100 million in exports. Pictured are Kang Seong-cheol, Executive Vice President of the Product Division (left), and Kim Hyeon-min, Head of the Gardening Business Division.

Daedong Mobility’s sustained performance is the result of broader product offerings and strategies customized for each market. The company has expanded beyond tractors and attachments to build a portfolio that spans agriculture, industrial applications, and leisure, adding compact construction equipment and premium electric golf carts. It is also strengthening core capabilities by advancing technologies such as autonomous low-speed vehicles and driving-control software.

In North America, Daedong Mobility is raising the profile of its KIOTI brand through a direct sales system and localized marketing, boosting both brand recognition and sales. Deeper partnerships and expanded digital campaigns have reinforced its market presence. Moreover, the company is diversifying export destinations through products and service solutions tailored to regional needs, including those of the Japanese golf-cart market. Daedong Mobility now exports a broad range of products to more than 70 countries, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan.

Leveraging the momentum of the Export Tower award, the company plans to increase its share in major advanced markets and accelerate its entry into high-potential emerging regions. Daedong Mobility is pushing toward USD 100 million in exports while pursuing for global expansion over the mid- to long-term. Beginning in 2026, the company also plans to build new growth engines by expanding overseas sales of agricultural field robots developed by its subsidiary Daedong Robotics, including carrier, weeding, and spraying models.
