Daedong participates in North America's largest exhibition for agricultural machinery... New model “draws significant attention”

- Daedong secures 11.3% market share in North America’s sub-100 horsepower tractor market this January, continuing up upward trajectory
- The company exhibits more than 20 products, including tractors, ZTRs, and CCEs, at two of North America's largest agricultural machinery exhibitions
- CS2530, scheduled for launch in March, earns praise from visitors and industry professionals for outstanding product quality

Daedong (co-CEOs Kim Jun-Sik and Won Yu-Hyun), a leader and pioneer in future agriculture, announced on February 24 that it participated in two of North America's largest agricultural machinery exhibitions, the “World Ag Expo 2025” and the “National Farm Machinery Show.”

Daedong, which recorded an average market share of 8.7% in the North American sub-100 horsepower tractor market in 2024, continued its growth with an 11.3% market share in January this year. This marks the second time the company has exceeded 11% monthly market share since last November. Daedong participated in these North American agricultural machinery exhibitions to sustain its growth momentum in North America and strengthen its grip on the local market.

Daedong set up a 1,200㎡ (360 pyeong) booth at the North American World Ag Expo held from February 11 to 13, showcasing more than 20 products, including tractors, mowers, and skid-steer loaders.

At the World Ag Expo, which got underway from February 11 to 13, Daedong opened a 1,200㎡ (360 pyeong) booth. At the National Farm Machinery Show, which ran from February 12 to 15, it set up a 470㎡ (141 pyeong) booth. The company showcased its small to medium-sized tractor models in the 20~60 horsepower range such as the CS, CX, CK, and DK models, which make up the lion’s share of its sales in North America, as well as larger models in the 70~140 horsepower range such as HX and RX, which they plan to expand upon this year. Daedong turned heads with more than 20 products on display, including riding mowers, stand-on mowers, and skid-steer loaders.

Among these, the new CS2530 tractor model unveiled for the first time at both exhibitions, garnered significant attention from visitors. The company explained that people from global agricultural machinery companies such as John Deere and Kubota were impressed by its high quality, and stayed at the Daedong booth to analyze the product.

Daedong participated in the National Farm Machinery Show, which got underway in North America from February 12 to 15, with a diverse lineup of new tractors and compact construction equipment. At the front of its booth, Daedong turned heads with a sculpture depicting a Coyote, which is what Daedong's North American brand, KIOTI, uses as a motif.

The CS2530, scheduled for release in March, is the first in its class of 20 horsepower sub-compact tractors (SCT) to feature air conditioning in a factory-installed cabin. It boasts markedly improved operator convenience and workability with features such as minimized seasonal impact, best-in-class torque, driver-centric interior design, improved attachments, and telematics technology. A key characteristic of this product is that it was developed for maximum marketability. It incorporated feedback from North American consumers, and was tailored to the needs specific to local consumers. CS2530 is considered the key to achieving Daedong's goal of a 10% average market share in North America this year, and the company plans to embark on a full-scale marketing campaign in time for its release in March.
